Hunter Machine Moving, LLC

Hunter Machine Moving, LLC was founded in 2016. HMM is owned and operated by Wayne and Kathy Costello. It is a small family owned company and we believe in treating people with respect. We started this new company on our own to provide experienced rigging services to Arizona customers with integrity and honesty.  

Wayne has over 39 years of experience in the industry with a solid reputation for job completion and satisfaction. He manages almost everything for our jobs from the estimating, dispatching and even drives one of our trucks. 

Kathy handles everything in the office. She does the billing, payables, HR, marketing and all the other fun stuff on a daily basis.

Steve Pioker started as our first lead man. This guy is experienced and well known for his work in Arizona. If you work in a machine shop in the Phoenix area, you probably already know what a great machine mover he is!

Clint Costello works as our forklift operator and second man on the crew. He has been working for us for several years. He has an construstion background and shows what effort and willingness to work can add to the job.

In case you are wondering about how the company name was chosen? Wayne is a hunter and loves to hunt in Arizona. He prefers archery hunting and spends much of his free time scouting and hunting. The ethics found in hunting, honoring tradition and based on respect and responsibility are the same ethics we built this company on. That is why we chose to name the company Hunter Machine Moving LLC.
